A good, solid hardcover, boards worn and flaking at edges and spine, moisture stains (drops)on the exterior front and back covers. Several black streaks on front endpaper. Interior clean, hinges and binding solid, paper moderately yellowed . Art of woman (not by), including portraits of Queen (Victoria) and so on through the royal family and on to other subjects. Artists include Sir. Joshua Reynolds, George Romney, Gainsborough and more. more information
