Note, "with compliments" printed, on Everybody's magazine stationary laid in, to Mary Ra..... Brief name and note on first page/half title with signed KH, presumably in the same hand as the note. Light soiling, heavy creasing, not quite very good in stapled wrappers. Very scarce, certainly with evidence of the author. more information
