Small format oblong hardcover, (5.5 by 4.5 inches), color pictorial boards, no dustjacket, front cover states "Big Little Mother Goose 576 pages" and has an illustration of two girls, one dressed in red, the other in yellow and green, along with a toy sheep on a wheeled cart and houses in the background, the back cover shows a boy with a sword and hat pulling a toy horse on a wheeled cart, title page states "The Little Giant Mother Goose," copies of this are scarce and are usually found with detached covers and other major flaws, this copy is in pretty decent shape - the pages have the usual tanning, there is a one-half inch tear to the back cover near top of spine, and there is moderate edge-rubbing, cover is bright and clean, contents are fine except for the tanning .
