Art and Craft of Southern Africa - Treasures in Transition
Craighall: Delta Books. Very Good+/Very Good+. 1984. First Edition. Hardback. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall 0908387342 Edited by Barbara La Vine. Grundy, Notes and Select Bibliography. The baskets, pottery, bead-work and dress so richly illustrated and described are truly treasures, but treasures in transition. In these pages, this question is for the first time explored in depth. Green boards, minor rubbing to top and bottom edges of boards. Small date stamp on front free end paper, but no other markings. Dust-jacket has slight fading to spine, but not lettering, and very minor bumping to some corners; jacket is in loose protective cover.
