Published and produced by the Cruising Association with the support of the Royal Yachting Association and Forward Trust Lrd. Revised by The Council of the Cruising Association 1971. Originally compiled by H. J. Hanson. The classic work of reference for sailors. ncludes full pilotage and local information needed by cruising yachtsman in home or foreign waters. This new edition covers Great Britain, Eire, and Continental Europe from Kiel to Gibraltar and main continental inland waterways. It has been extensively revised, contains many new harbours and includes a large number of new charts. Includes loosely inserted "Code of conduct for Cruising Yachtsmen". Pages are clean (no writing, underlining, or highlighting) but yellowing with age. Outer page edges have some finger soiling. Binding is cracked but pages are secure. Rear board has a dent to lower edge near spine; minor bumping to head/heel of spine. Unclipped pictorial DJ is sunned with some shelfwear (2" closed tear to lower front cover, dent to lower front cover causing paper to curl up, head of spine is dented/nicked, light bumping to edges, head of rear flap lightly chipped, rubbing to corners). Nevertheless, looks nice in protective mylar covering. This is not a remainder or ex-library. No previous owner markings. Very nice copy. . Revised Edition. Oversized Hardcover.
