Saalfield, 1942. This is a good plus copy of the Saalfield edition by R. Sidney Bowen, printed in 1942. The dust jacket is fair only. The spine is faded and there is a large chip on the top spine, the back panel has a very large chip and is badly wrinkled and torn, and the front flap is separateing.
