Original orange cloth with black spine and front cover titles. 172pp, seven pull page plates by Gilbert James. Stamped "Presentation Copy" and bearing the initials "EFB" (in Benson's hand) to the title page. Loosely inserted, a small calling card bearing the signature "E.F. Benson".
