About This Item

(Boston): G.K. Hall and Marquis Who's Who, Inc.. (1978). A poem by Updike, published as a holiday greeting card. Signed by the author. Fine, with original (unused) mailing envelope. Together with a presumed proof copy, with the copyright notice handwritten (in an unknown hand) rather than printed on the rear cover. Also fine. Both housed together in a G.K. Hall envelope. An ephemeral piece, uncommon signed, and rare in the variant with the handwritten copyright notice. Unless otherwise noted, our first editions are first printings. First Edition. No Binding. Fine.
