What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

If you placed an order through Biblio.com and have not received your order by the last day of the estimated delivery date, try these steps:

     If you have a registered account with Biblio.com, log in with your email address and password.  Then you can click on "View order history" from your customer account menu to see more details about that order. 

     You should be able to view your estimated delivery date range, as well as tracking information, if it is available.  If there is no tracking, you can use the bookseller's e-mail address in your order details to inquire with them directly.

     If you have not received an email reponse to your message within 24-48 hours of our sending the inquiry, simply reply to the inquiry and let us know.  We'll be happy to follow up with the bookseller on your behalf.


     If you do not have a registered account with Biblio.com, you can contact us at support@biblio.com for more assistance. 

     When you write us, provide your order number, or at least the email address used to place the order.  We will send a query to the bookseller on your behalf, and copy you in that message.  The bookseller should be able to answer any questions that you have regarding the shipment of your order.
