Summary
After laboring at the NYPD, Ecuadorean ex-cop Filomena Buscarsela was hoping to improve her work environment when she got a job at the Environmental Action Fund. Little does she know that mob boss Samuel Morse sits on the board of the EAF from which he does little more than oversee his money-laundering activities.
