Fat, Dumb, and Happy Down in Georgia
Boyd, Bill
Macon, Georgia, U.S.A.: Mercer Univ Press, 1999. Nice clean copy in near pristine condition. The only obvious flaw is that the front fly paper has been cut out. This book is garnered from some 3, 500 columns written by Bill Boyd during a twenty-five year career with the MACON TELEGRAPH. His subjects were mostly everyday people who normally got their names in the paper only when they were born, married, or died. Boyd, however, told their stories as if they were his own and in a language that all could understand.. Not Stated. Hard Cover. Very Good/Near Fine. ( more information)
