Summary
A retelling of a classic love story from Norwegian folklore. A beautiful but poor farm girl exchanges her freedom for riches for her family when she goes to live with a big white bear. Of course the bear is a prince under a curse and they soon fall in love. Unfortunately, the beautiful girl breaks one of her promises to the bear and so he is forced to marry a troll. The only way for the girl to win back her prince is to go east of the sun and west of the moon-but how can she complete an impossible journey?
