William W. Christie is the former Head of the Chemistry Department / Phytochemistry Unit at the Scottish Crop Research Institute (SCRI). Dr. Christie is also the co-founder of Mylnefield Lipid Analysis, a leading international laboratory for the specialist analysis of oils and fats based in Scotland.
