Using a Purchase Order to buy books on Biblio.com
Biblio.com accepts purchase orders from libraries, schools and other institutions in the United States.
Steps for placing an order with a PO on Biblio.com
- Create a Biblio.com account: If you don't already have an account, create one here: <create account.
- Pick out your books: Select the books you want to buy and add them to your cart.
- Calculate shipping: Use the 'Calculate Shipping' button in the cart to calculate the shipping cost of your order.
- Print your cart: Print the cart screen showing the books in your cart and the shipping cost.
- Fax us your order: Fax a copy of the PO from your institution and the print out of your shopping cart to us at 440-925-0992. Your PO must show the PO number, billing address, shipping address and contact info for the accounts payable department of your institution. Please also make sure to include the email address of your Biblio.com account and a phone number where we can reach you.
- Place your order: Once we receive your PO, we will review your PO within 1 business day. Once it is approved, we will issue a 'Bibliobucks' credit to your account and we'll contact you to let you know that the order can be placed. Then you can place the order using the Bibliobucks credit as payment.
- Receive your invoice: Approximately 15 days after the order is placed (depending on the estimated ship time) we will send out an invoice via email and the postal service. Terms are net 30.
