Using a Purchase Order to buy books on Biblio.com
Biblio.com accepts purchase orders from libraries, schools and other institutions in the United States.
Steps for placing an order with a PO on Biblio.com
- Create a Biblio.com account: If you don't already have an account, create one here: create account.
- Get approved: If your account is not yet approved to use PO's, click here: request PO approval.
(We'll email you when your account is approved. This usually takes 1 business day.) - Pick out your books: Select the books you want to buy and add them to your cart.
- Checkout: Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and choose 'Purchase Order' for the payment type.
- Fax us your PO: Fax a copy of the PO from your institution to us at 440-925-0992. Once we receive your PO your order will be processed. Your PO must show the PO number, billing address, shipping address and contact info for the accounts payable department of your institution. Please also make sure to include the email address of your Biblio.com account and a phone number where we can reach you.
- Receive your invoice: Approximately 15 days after the order is placed (depending on the estimated ship time) we will send out an invoice via email and the postal service. Terms are net 30.
