Fulfillment Rewards Program
Effective August 1st, 2008Biblio.com provides many services for our Booksellers. One of our primary focuses is to assist Booksellers to fulfill their orders in as rapid a fashion as possibly, while maintaining the integrity of the order. To this end, Biblio maintains a program to reward our booksellers who maintain excellent fulfillment rates, by reducing their Bookseller Member fees through discounts.
Booksellers who maintain a fulfillment rate of greater than 95% will receive varying discounts off of their already low Bookseller Member fees as show in the chart below.

| 96% | 11% |
| 95% | 10% |
| Less than 95% | No discount |
* Your fulfillment rate is based on your order history for the past 90 days and represents the number of orders you fill divided by the number of orders you receive. Orders canceled by the customer and those newly arrived or pending payment arrival are not counted.
* Fulfillment discounts are subject to a maximum discount of $10.00 per month ($5.00 per twice-monthly billing cycle).
