Biblio.com Bookseller Fulfillment Rewards
Biblio.com provides many services for our Booksellers. One of our primary focuses is to assist Booksellers to fulfill their orders in as rapid a fashion as possibly, while maintaining the integrity of the order. To this end, Biblio maintains a program to reward our booksellers who maintain excellent fulfillment rates, by reducing their Bookseller Member fees through discounts.Booksellers who maintain a fulfillment rate of greater than 90% will receive varying discounts off of their already low Bookseller Member fees.
Below, you will find a sample fulfillment reward chart. (NOTE: Bookseller Fulfillment Rewards are only tracked on orders placed over the past 90 days.)
* Order fulfillment is calculated by the number of orders you fill divided by the number of orders you receive. Orders canceled by the customer and those newly arrived or pending payment arrival are not counted.
* Sellers who maintain a fulfillment rate of 90% or greater are eligible for a discount on their monthly fees according to the following table:
| Fulfillment rate | Reduction in fees |
| Maintain a 95-100% fulfillment | and reduce your overall commissions by 15% |
| Maintain a 90% - 94.9% fulfillment | and reduce your overall commissions by 10% |
| If you maintain less than 90% | there is no reduction, you pay full commissions |
