Dr. Frederic J. Vagnini, M.D., F.A.C.S., is the medical director of The Cardiovascular Wellness Centers of New York. He has served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Cornell University and as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, for more than twenty-five years.
