Paul Veysseyre, born October 5, 1896 in Noirétable and died November 8, 1963 in Tours, was a French architect known for his many Art Deco style constructions during the interwar period, active in China (French Concession of Shanghai), Vietnam, Cambodia. Member of the Central Society of Architects of Paris (future Academy of Architecture) in 1937, decorated with the Croix de Guerre 1914-1918.
