TOGETHER WITH THE ORIGINAL, SIGNED PAINTING BY JOE SERVELLO used for the dust jacket art. Double matted and framed, 28 x 16" overall; in fine condition. Letter of provenance for the painting from publisher Dennis McMillan laid in the book (top corner clipped, otherwise fine).
