Profusely illustrated throughout in color and black and white, some folding plates, and text illustrations. 373 pp. Square folio, red cloth, with gilt title at spine and gilt decoration to upper board. A touch of offset to title-page from facing illustration, and negligible, very light thumbing in margins of a few leaves, else a fine and bright copy. In a near-fine color illustrated dust jacket which shows a touch of wear at crown and a small nick at lower fold-in.
