Get ready: the Gunn Memorial Library will hold its annual book sale, one of the best library book sales in New England, on Oct. 9th and 10th, 2010.
On Saturday, Oct. 9th, there will be a preview from 9-10a.m. with an admission of $15. From 10a.m. to 4p.m. admission is free.
On Sunday, Oct. 10th, they are open from 10a.m. to 3p.m. and admission is free.
Prices for books start at $1 for paperback and $2 for hardcovers. They have some very special art, textile and rug books this year as well as books on many other topics. 95% of their books are donated and not ex-library copies.
The Gunn Memorial Library is located at 5 Wykeham Road in Washington, CT.
