Simon and Schuster, New York, 1981. First edition hardcover in very good condition with dust cover. The dust cover is in a protective Mylar cover minor water damage to the bottom edge and some creasing to the top edge. The graphics are full color with no fading or marks. The book is yellow cloth with a black cloth spine. The front cover is embossed with the title and the spine has the author, title and publisher embossed in gold. The pages are white with no writing, tears or folds. The bottom edge of the pages has the Simon and Schuster remainder mark of a walking man.
