Acknowledgements, introduction by author, map of painting communities, notes on the biographies, and three appendices. Coloured illustrated and pages being reproduction of artwork. The text is illustrated with colour photographs of Indigenous artists. Colour photographic laminated boards with white coloured titles to the front panel and a back strip. In this book the author traces the spread of Western Desert art in Papunya, to influence Yuendumu, Napperby, Mt Allan, Lajamanu, Ernabella, and communities beyond. The book lists the artists alphabetically and by community as well; and identifies their Dreamings - 'Jukurrpa. Rubbing of the book corners and back strip corners. Age toning of the text block edges and faint foxing is also present. There is a stain to the title page – please see photograph. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. [5], 6 - 237, [3] pages,.
