Jacket has small losses and has attached at the corner of the front flap (AS ISSUED) a letter to the reader which appears to bear his signature dated 21/2/59. This may be original. Binding generally VG with wear. Inquiry into the Native Welfare conditions in the Laverton-Warburton Range area of Western Australia. Also the investigation of the impact from the British atomic tests at Maralinga, South Australia, on local Central Australian Aborigines. Privately printed by the author who served at a senior level in the Western Australian and Federal Parliament. Book contains black & white photo plates. Jacket has been placed in a new protective sleeve. Taped internally with masking tape to edges, water stain to top edge. .
