Longmans, Green and Co, 1924. Hardcover. Good. 1924. 226 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth with black lettering and decoration. Contains black and white illustrations, with colour frontispiece. Pages are moderately yellowed, with moderate tanning and thumbing to text block edges and throughout. Occasional dog-eared corners to some pages, with tanning and foxing to rear endpaper. Front endpaper is missing. Boards are tightly bound, with moderate rubbing and marking. Light bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Small water damage to bottom corner of rear board, with scratches overall. Slight warping to bords.

The classic tale of a man shipwrecked on a remote island, and his struggle to retain his humanity against the forces of nature, as well as do battle with his own fears and loneliness.
