This is an advertisement for Nugent's speech "The Philosophy of Civilization", which would be held at the Concordia Opera House on Feb. 25, 1901. Additionally, Rev. Nugent's services as a speaker are being advertised in this pamphlet. Also, within the pamphlet, there are numerous recommendations for Nugent's speaking abilities, as well as the substance of his talks. Pamphlet admits to several, short, closed, unobtrusive tears at extremities, and a little light wear and light soiling and several small spots. Creasing to extremities, too. No writing to pamphlet. Likely one of the only remaining copies of this pamphlet in existence
