Passenger To Frankfurt was first published in September 1970. This edition was reprinted in 1970 and thus is a first edition early issue. Passenger To Frankfurt was publicised as Agatha Christie’s eightieth book, to commemorate her eightieth birthday and proved to be Agatha Christie’s last spy novel. This is a significant and collectable Agatha Christie book. The original dust jacket is in Very Good condition with light age toning, fading to the spine and the price neatly clipped from the front flap. The original red binding with gilt lettering to the spine are in Near Fine condition with light creasing to the spine where the book has been opened and slight knocks to the top and bottom of the spine. There are 256 numbered pages which are in overall Fine condition being extremely clean, fresh and as new.

On publication, the novel was the largest printing ever of a first edition Christie. The 58,000 copies sold out quickly.
