FIRST EDITION printed by the Bellerophon Press, Santa Barbara. 4to. 11 x 8 1/2 inches. 21 pp. Color illustration mounted on half title, numerous photographic facsimiles of plans and drawings throughout (some color), appendix B with Zamorano letter in Spanish with English translation; text clean, unmarked. Gray wrappers, facsimile of Zamorano's signature mounted on front cover, stapled; binding square and tight, light toning and a gentle crease on the front cover. SCARCE. Very Good. Presents a study of a group of documents and drawings created by Agustin V. Zamorano in 1834, now held in the Bancroft Library, that relate to the design and construction of a civic building in Mexican Monterey, Alta California.
