NF/G-..Laid in is a name card of Mr. Arif Zaman, NAZIR UMOOR AMMA, Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya, Rabwah; also a 1-pagemimeographed excerpt of a speech by the author on Dec. 18, 1956; also a folio-sized 8 page document in Urdu (which appears to be a newspaper). All items were obtained by the current owner of the book on a visit to Rabwah on 3 May 1959. Notes of a conversation with the author have been retained by the present owner. The book was originally written in Urdu and translated into English by Sir Muhammad Zafrullah Khan who at the time of publication was Foreign Minister of Pakistan. This Third Edition has been published by the American Mission of the Ahmadiya Movement. Though perhaps the most important proselytizing movement of Islam worldwide, with offices said to be in 195 countries, the movement is controversial in Pakistan and its presence there has led to harassment, riots, deaths and in 1974 Pakistan's Parliament declared the Ahmadiyas to be non-Muslims as they do not regard the Prophet Muhammad as the final prophet.
