San Francisco: Air Pirates, 1972. Newspaper. 8p., folded tabloid, toned, illus., some corners dog-earred, top-left cover corner-split at spinefold, else very good. One-shot comic tabloid by the Air Pirates crew plus Willy Murphy and Larry Todd. Not to be confused with similarly titled underground comix in comicbook format. The Air Pirates were best known for their parodies of Disney characters which earned them long-running legal hassles from Disney Co., though they finally prevailed.
