The Macmillan Company. New York. 1910. TWO WORKS IN ONE VOLUME. Reprint of this single volume \edition, first published in this format in 1906. 8vo. (7.4 x 5.2 inches).

Illustrated throughout with ninety-two (42 +50) fabulous line engravings by John Tenniel. Very good clean copy in fine leather binding of half dark green morocco for Charles E. Lauriat of Boston. Spine with five raised bands, each with gilt piping. Compartments ruled, lettered and decorated in gilt. Boards covered in Mid green cloth on boards, with the gilt stamp of Brooks School, Andover, Massachusetts seal on the front board. Top edge gilt. Plain green endpapers. Minor fading to the spine but overall a very good copy in an attractive fine binding. The binding is unsigned but is certainly the work of a master Bookbinder.
