About This Item
NY: Norton, 1937. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Both volumes have statements "First Published 1937". Grade given as 'jacket' is for slipcase, no jackets are present and it seems likely the were done sans jackets. The books are handsome, dark rust cloth, nicely protected by the casing. Oddly there is a micro hole (perhaps 1/4") at center inside hinge V.1, perhaps as made? or decades old book worm? In any case, edges are clean, text unmarked, top edge an even light blue. Slipcase has scars and some soiling to laid on paper cover, says "The letters and diaries of Bertrand Russell's parents." Case bumped at one corner. Will shoot books and case for foto to follow.
