Tonia Hampson. -1973 edition of the American Association cookbook with 400 recipes recipes selected and compiled and tested under the direction of Ruthe Eshleman and Mary Winston, nutritionists of the American Heart Association, Campbell Moses M.D. was medical director author?? of the American Heart Association at the time this book was published... the copyright is 1973 it's about 400 pages. The cover is hardback the actual cloth cover is kind of a maroon with gold- titling published by the David McKay company in New York. The dust cover is intact it has some dirt and wear commensurate with its age and is slightly frayed along the edges and on the back there's a V-shaped tear out of it. The pages show some wear from use. But that does not have any effect on the usage of the book...it actually is and quite good shape - cook books were actually use and stored in kitchens, some of them handed down through family relatives and every older woman that knew I liked to cook - LAX Vespa,Los Angeles Culver City- maybe this will do it! -At least you know what you're getting into- City- Media Mail USPS-you get the copy you were viewing carefully Drop kick-packed to protect it in - transit..... sent media mail - 7 days usually coast to coast, less if closer..
