Beige wrappers with black lettering on cover and yapp edges. Moderate chipping and creasing to edges; a few small tears, including a two-inch diagonal tear on cover; some toning, especially to spine; mild soiling. Perfect binding is tight. Interior is clean. Previous owner's name on cover. Includes a frontispiece, black-and-white illustrations with the text, and two tables. The first part of this archaeological paper describes a method for structural analysis of pottery designs and the second part applies that method to the study of Hohokam pottery.
