Harper & Brothers, London and New York, 1923. Hardcover. Very Good. 14 Text Figures, 4 Maps. "New and Revised Edition". Blue cloth boards with gold gilt to front board and spine, minor bumping. Binding tight, pages clean and free from markings, missing front endpaper. Previous owners from 1930 and last owners inscription and bookplate respectively on back front board and second endpaper.
