New York City: New York Zoological Park, 1932. Charming book of animal stamps with descriptions that are all here except one. The book has a nice bold drawing of a tiger on the cover which has light wear, some soiling, the pages themselves are vg. There have been several editions of this book by the Zoological Park which was later changed to The Bronx Zoo. Remains of a stamp on the inside of the back board. Considering the age and that it obviously once belonged to a child the book is in vg presentable condition. A rare find. . 1932 Edition. Illus. Bds No Dj as Issued.

New York: New York Zoological Park, 1916. Poster stamp album, with descriptions of 120 animals on display at the park, along with spaces for large stamps. All spaces are filled with the proper color poster stamps, with the NY Zoological Park's imprint. Album and stamps printed by Quadri-Color Co., New York. The book itself is quite attractive, with a tiger on the cover. It is slightly soiled and end papers are a trifle foxed, but it is in very nice shape overall. The stamps are neatly affixed. An unusual and scarce item.. Pictorial Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. Small Quarto.
