Weiner was the first President of I.W.O. (International Workers Order) founded in 1930 and disbanded in 1954. At the time of this publication, it was nearing it's peak, and had nearly 200,000 members, to whom it provided low-cost health insurance and services and access to foreign news and cultural information. Front and back panels detached, but present. Scarce, OCLC only lists 8 copies in libraries.
