A history of Arabia and the Arabian people focusing on trade and trade routes, influence of Egypt and Mesopotamia, religious influences of Christianity and Judaism in Arabia before Islam, other pre-Islamic religion, and the beginning of the Prophet's ministry. Dark green cloth with gilt spine lettering, 234 pages. Some edgewear, spine numbering very skillfully removed (only visible if you're looking for it), some edgewear, good hinges, sound text block, marked out library stamps on top edge fo text block, bottom of title page and bottom of page 73, no library bookplate or patron pocket, page clean and otherwise unmarked. Trubner's Oriental Series.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
