Laid in: letter from the Executive Director of the ACSA, as sent to conference attendees. Very large heavy book requiring extra postage. Book is in Nearly Fine condition with almost no noticeable wear, no owner's name, just a minor bump/short tear to the head of the spine. We are rating this as just VG, since the original CD is missing from the inside rear cover.
