Preface by the author. 304 pages with index. Dust jacket is not price clipped (2.95 on front inside flap), has some large edge chips, rubbing, faint stain to spine. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. How to blend herbs and spices, many wonderful recipes using them, and the astonishing food value of herbs and spices (did you know that Paprika is far richer in Vitamin C than any of the citrus fruits?)..
