Blue-gray boards with stamped design on front and back, gilt lettering on front and spine, 144 pp, black and white illustrations. Includes 74 illustrations. Written by Major James Ash, Late Bombay Artillery, Inventor of the Elliptical Cutting-Frame. Appendix by John Jacob Holtzapffel.
