Includes extra, detached copy of pp 259-262 -- without explanation. Cloth cover has a little wear to corners and spine tips, but otherwise fine. Dustjacket is worn at edges, but otherwise glossy. Front flap is clipped at bottom corner; I'd say it was price-clipped but the price is still there. ; 388 pages .
