William Morrow & Co, 1971. Hardcover. Used: Acceptable. Condition fair, internal pages clean although the very edges of some of the pages at the start have seen some damp, no stuck together. Dust jacket is scruffy with take, scuffs and curling, cover boards have a slight curve and some marks externally.
