New York, NY.: The Atlas Portland Cement Company. Very Good. N.D.. Softcover. This catalogue is soft-bound in black, white, gray, and yellow printed wrappers. The covers show scuffing and soiling/foxing, edge-wear and wear/rubbing to the spine. The staple binding is generally solid, but with a few pages at the center loose but present, laid-in. The contents are bright and legible, with illustrations, but also with scattered toning/foxing, and with old, persistent damp-staining to the center margin throughout. (No Date, Ca. 1910.) .

Cleveland, Ohio: American Atlas Company, 1899. First Edition (?). Hardcover. Very good-. Atlas folio, 236pp., illustrated. Front board and title page detached, but present. Internally structurally sound with a sturdy nailed binding. Internally quite bright and clean, especially the color maps, which are all in excellent condition. A tide mark affects a nice chunk of pages in the directory, not affecting readability or the maps. To call this turn of the century directory of Trumbull County exhaustive would be an understatement - truly a granular and visually appealing record of life in this area of northeast Ohio around the time of its manufacturing growth. Though the front board is regrettably detached, this is still a very nice copy overall.
