The New York and Vicinity map has a diagonal tear at the binding edge 6" with an old repair; 5" split one fold, uneven folds. early margins slightly chipped not affecting map, plates at end foxed. Original medium brown blind stamped cloth boards, with gilt title at front cover, corners rubbed, boards detached. Black leather spine separated. Gilt bright.
