The Preble pages are good+ with just some light occasionally foxing and some light stains, primarily at edges. No rips, tears or chipping. No repairs. The rear fold-out large US map has tears and damage to the bottom sections. The rear endpaper has wear and a piece missing from the bottom corner. ; Pages measure approx. 15 x 12 inches. ; Folio 13" - 23" tal; 49 pages .
