Sir Francis ("Frank") Owen Salisbury (1874-1962) , artist who specialised in portraits, large canvases of historical and ceremonial events, stained glass and book illustration. “This is a glorious coast for sketching. I have discovered some more wonderful caves, which I think means another Academy picture.”
