Pershing." Mounting remnants on verso create the appearance of uneven toning. Very good(-) condition.<br/> <br/> Pennsylvania Judge from Cambria County best remembered for his staunch anti-labor and anti-immigration platform that would later figure prominently in the Molly Maguire saga.<br/> <br/>
