Eleven-line handwritten note as part of a custom-made greeting card with a photograph of the artist affixed, written to noted South American physician Alexandro Zovilla, in part: "...Your kind words have reached me over Norway here in London. It was pleasant to hear that you have sympathy for my art. In this time one has so much art, what is not 'sane'?" Fine condition.<br/><br/> Norwegian artist best known for his paintings of Fjords and surrounding landscape.<br/><br/>
