Numbered, presented, and signed by Richard Freeman Leavitt. Some wear and light discoloration to wrappers, else near fine, laminated Mass card laid in.

Numbered 83 of an August 1983 first printing of 100 signed and numbered and not for sale (followed by a September 1983 edition of 50 signed copies), this copy presented to Cheryl Crawford. Containing (largely in photoreproduction) numerous poems, songs, and hymns, news articles, and programs from memorial services for Williams in New York, New Orleans, and Key West and his funeral in St. Louis.
